2. Sell Ad Space - When you start to generate a steady traffic flow you can sell ad space in the sidebars. With more and more companies turning away from offline media like TV ads and radio ads to websites there are billions of dollars spent every year on advertising space all you need to do is tap into that money. Until you generate a good traffic flow make sure you utilize your sidebars by advertising your affiliate offers.
3. Build A Newsletter - Most people won't buy from your site until they see the offer 7 times. To get your audience coming back you need to set up a newsletter they can opt in to and you can email them once a day to keep your name and your products in front of them until they are ready to buy. If your products and services aren't in front of your buyers someone else's will be. Make sure you get these sales by building your list. You will need an auto-responder. I recommend AWeber. It is reliable and inexpensive.
4. Coaching - Depending on your niche you can offer coaching or mentoring to your clients. I offer online marketing coaching to help develop my clients websites to generate more traffic and convert more leads and sales. Don't be afraid to charge for your time. You have value. And your clients want it.
Just using these 4 ways to make money online blogging you can supplement your income and eventually replace your income all together. The key to success blogging is creating quality content on a consistent basis. Do something everyday to grow your business.
