Is there such a thing as "easy blogging" for someone who doesn't know what a blog is?
For someone who didn't know what a blog was a year ago, I've got to admit that the system I now use is an "easy money making blog", created for the purpose of easy blogging. I remember asking my daughter, "What's the difference between a blog a website?" And the answer was returned to me in a one word text, "nothing". Gee, thanks for that elaborate explanation!
Since then, I've learned a lot, thanks to some of the online marketing strategies I've been listening to on a daily basis. We're all here to help each other, so I'd like to share with you some of the easy blogging strategies I've learned.
Easy Blogging with Keyword Research...
Personally, I like to write, and my videos pretty much suck, so this is a strategy that I've adopted as my own.
The technique I use has to do with first finding out who might be out there searching for the keyword phrase that I would like to blog about. You can find this out by simply using the free Google tool 'AdWords.Google.com'. Once you can confirm that there are an ample number of people actually searching for the title of your proposed blog, then you can simply write a blog post (about 400-700 words) and incorporate that keyword phrase in the blog. Make sure that you put the keyword phrase you intend to target in the tag section on the blog.
Easy Blogging with Videos...
Although the above strategy works for me, the beauty in this is that we're all different, and we all choose different marketing methods. And, many different methods work! The system that people like to use is to embed videos in their blogs - something that is likely to be shared and tweeted on a continual basis. I was just talking to a friend who said she wasn't interested in promotion through blogging because she speaks and writes in broken English and would be reluctant to write. I didn't tell her what I thought about later and what I'm telling you here...
Some people use an easy blogging method with videos...
And they don't even have to be your own videos! Assuming your blog does the promotion automatically for you; all you need is massive traffic. I've heard of some people who simply embed popular videos in their own blog and send out through viral marketing. Of course, this strategy depends on viral marketing, so I would use either "onlywire.com' or 'ping.fm' and enter the permalink from your blog post to syndicate to over 40 different social networking sites.
I've even heard of one guy who goes to 'alexa.com' and picks the biggest scandal video to embed on his blog, and he's making all kinds or money doing that! This is entirely legal and ethical as long as you provide a link back to the source and give credit to the original promoter.
So there's an easy money making blog strategy for the timid writer, the bold video producer, and the lazy video copier out there!
Whatever strategy you elect to use, it will work if you give it time. Being persistent is the most important thing with blogging. While you might not see money come crashing through your computer in the beginning, once you get going, it provides an automatic money system.
